A new villa is being built in a Spanish resort village for the former deputy secretary of the National Security Council: “Schemes”

The Spanish firm Bilderberg Consulting Financiero, owned by Mykhailo Gladkovskyi, the son of the former first deputy secretary of the National Security Council Oleg Gladkovskyi, purchased a plot of land in the prestigious settlement of La Zagaleta on the southern coast of Spain in April 2022. By data journalists of the “Scheme” project (Radio Liberty), since the summer of that year, construction work on the villa has been actively underway in this area.

Oleg Gladkovskyi, also known as Svynarchuk, is a long-time associate and business partner of the fifth president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko. He is currently accused in the case of NABU regarding abuses in the purchase of cars for the army, although he himself rejects these accusations. In April 2024, he was declared wanted after he stopped showing up for court hearings.

After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Hladkovsky family purchased a new plot of land in La Zagaleta, where a new estate is currently being completed.

According to an extract from the real estate register obtained by “Schemes” with the help of OCCRP, on April 29, 2022, the Spanish firm Bilderberg Consulting Financiero became the owner of a plot of land with an area of ​​4,328 square meters (almost half a hectare) with a target purpose for development.

Bilderberg Consulting Financiero was registered in 2015 in the province of Malaga. She is engaged in construction, rental and purchase and sale of real estate. Mykhailo Gladkovskyi became a shareholder of the company in December 2021, half a year before the purchase of the plot. Before that, the owner was Iryna Petrivska, who remained the director of the company. Petrovska has already appeared in the “Schemes” investigations into the Spanish villas of Petro Poroshenko and his associates Igor Kononenko and Oleg Hladkovskyi.

The purchase of the plot could have been financed by a loan from a business related to the Hladkovsky family. In the financial report of the Spanish firm, it is stated that in 2022 the Viennese company Bogdan Holding GmbH provided 2 million euros. This company is owned by Oleg Hladkovsky through the Cypriot Hesutu Limited and the Virgin Islands company Teckford Investments Financial Corporation, which were listed in his declarations.

The connection with Gladkovsky Sr. is also confirmed through the director of Bogdan Holding GmbH, Dmytro Litvinets, who from 2013 to 2017 was a member of the supervisory board of the “Bogdan Motors” automobile company, where Oleg Gladkovsky and his relatives had a share of ownership.
