The court decided not to revoke the special permit of the company of the relatives of the ex-Minister of Ecology

The Supreme Court refused to annul and invalidate the special permit issued by LLP “Pari”/”Pari Naftogaz” for the extraction of oil, gas and condensate at the Semigynovsky field in the Lviv region. This company belongs to the relatives of the former Minister of Ecology, informs Nadra.info with a link to resolution court

Special permit No. 5398 was issued back in October 2011. The Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office appealed to the court to cancel it almost 13 years later — after reviewing the package of documents in August 2024, on the basis of which the company received the right to use the subsoil. However, the courts did not recognize the reasons given by the law enforcement officers for the delay in filing the lawsuit as sufficiently substantiated.

The founders of Pari Naftogaz LLC are Anna and Karina Zlochevskyi, daughters of the former Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine Mykola Zlochevskyi.

We will remind that on February 10, the head of the Parliamentary Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Danylo Hetmantsev, called for an audit of all mineral deposits in Ukraine and the return to state property of those that were illegally appropriated, in order to involve the United States in the development of Ukrainian subsoil. In this context, he also mentioned Mykola Zlochevsky, who, according to him, continues to profit from the use of Ukrainian resources.
