The General Staff said that the Defense Forces strike only at military facilities of the Russian Federation

The Defense Forces of Ukraine steadfastly adhere to the agreements reached with partners regarding the cessation of strikes on energy facilities and strike exclusively on military facilities of the Russian Federation. At the same time, Russia systematically violates these agreements, producing fakes about “strikes by the Armed Forces”, reported in the General Staff.

“The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation continues to produce fakes about Ukraine’s pseudo-damage of energy facilities in the Russian Federation and in the territories occupied by it. We emphasize that the Defense Forces of Ukraine strictly adhere to the agreements reached with partners regarding the cessation of strikes on energy facilities. Fire damage is carried out exclusively for the military purposes of the Russian occupation army. We expect an appropriate response from the partners.” – says the message.

The General Staff emphasized that the Russian military department daily spreads information leaks and misinformation with the aim of discrediting Ukraine, as well as devaluing the diplomatic efforts of our state and its international partners. The tactics of prolonging the war on the part of the Russian Federation remain stable and unchanged.

The General Staff emphasizes that despite the agreements reached, specific violations have been recorded on the part of the Russian army. Only during March 27, the enemy carried out strikes, as a result of which energy facilities in Kherson and Poltava region were damaged.

We will remind that for two days Ukraine refrained from carrying out drone attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation. However, on March 28, strikes were resumed in response to Russia’s violation of agreements. At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine, as before, do not attack energy infrastructure facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation.
