The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine extended the term of deferrals for reserved employees until March 31. About this reported Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
The government has extended the transition period for updating the status of critical enterprises until March 31, keeping the current reservation decisions in place. Due to the difficulties caused by Russian cyberattacks at the beginning of the year, businesses were given additional time to submit documents for critical status updates and rebooking of employees.
“In this way, businesses will have time to confirm critical status according to the updated criteria, as well as to rebook their staff.”Shmyhal noted.
Applications for the reservation of employees can be submitted exclusively through the Diya portal. If the employee already has a valid reservation, it must be canceled before submitting a new application.
