The Government approved the dismissal of the heads of the Sumy and Luhansk Regional State Administrations and appointed new ones

On April 15, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to dismiss Volodymyr Artyukh from the position of the head of the Sumy regional state administration, and Artem Lysogor from the position of the head of the Luhansk regional state administration. Oleg Grigorov in Sumy Oblast and Oleksiy Kharchenko in Luhansk Oblast became the new heads of regions. “The Cabinet of Ministers approved the dismissal of Artyukh Volodymyr Mykolayovych from the position of the head of the Sumy regional state administration”, – says the message.
Also, according to Melnychuk, the government agreed to the dismissal of Artem Lysohor from the post of the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the appointment of Oleksiy Andriyovych Kharchenko as the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, Oleg Oleksiyovych Grigorov as the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, and Ruslan Yuriyovych Oliynyk as the deputy head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
At the same time, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a number of personnel appointments in the ministries. In particular, Oleksiy Stanislavovych Balestu was appointed Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, and Yehor Yevhenovich Perelygin – Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources.
Davyd Manvelovich Aloyan will hold the post of Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine, responsible for European integration. Ivan Serhiyovych Sopyga was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Also, Serhiy Stakhovich Dekhtyarenko will become the deputy head of the State Agency of Ukraine for the Development of Land Reclamation, Fisheries and Food Programs, responsible for the areas of digital development, transformations and digitalization.
