Along with incomes, monetary assets also increased. In 2023, Ishchenko indicated more than 350 thousand US dollars, more than 100 thousand euros and several hundred thousand hryvnias in cash. The official explains their origin as proceeds from the sale of property, which, according to him, belonged to his wife since 1998. NAZK established that in the declaration for 2023, Ishchenko provided inaccurate information for the total amount of 8 million 538 thousand hryvnias. The agency’s conclusion states that the recorded wealth does not correspond to the official’s official income. Verification is ongoing.
