The Ministry of Defence announced new features in the ‘Reserve+’ application

The Reserve+ mobile application developed by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine will soon have new features that will significantly expand its capabilities. In particular, online recruitment and deferment services for men of conscription age will be added. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defence for Digitalisation Kateryna Chernogorenko on her Facebook page. She noted that these new features are planned to be launched in the near future.
“We have created the best service for the interaction between people liable for military service and the state. We will soon launch deferments and online recruitment,’ Chernogorenko wrote.
She also demonstrated how the process of making a ‘reservation’ for mobilisation will look like in the app.

As a reminder, the Reserve+ mobile application was launched by the Ministry of Defence in May 2024 for Android and iOS users. It allows conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists to update their military registration data, create electronic military registration documents with a QR code to verify their validity.
In October, the application received scheduled updates, including the display of reservations as a separate type of deferment in accordance with the current legislation. The function of updating the database of inactive electronic military registration documents and the ability to check the validity of a call-up via a QR code were also added.
