The Ministry of Defense approved the Anti-Corruption Program for 2025-2026

Ministry of Defense of Ukraine solidified the large-scale Anti-corruption program for 2025-2026, which is aimed at minimizing corruption risks and increasing the efficiency of the use of state resources.
The program covers the introduction of systemic changes, including an inventory of military property, the launch of an automated queue management system for servicemen’s housing, improvements to defense legislation and procurement transparency. Control over the implementation of the program will be carried out by the Department for Prevention and Detection of Corruption, which will regularly publish the results of the analysis on the official website of the Ministry.
“The Ministry of Defense has defined the policy principles for preventing and detecting corruption, measures to implement the state anti-corruption program, and measures to eliminate identified corruption risks. It is these steps that are our priority for the next two years.” – said acting head of the anti-corruption department Serhiy Stepanyan.
The program also includes new training methods for officials and the military, increased transparency of financial flows, and the development of control mechanisms over key resources such as fuel and intellectual property. Approved by order of the Ministry of Defense, the program is a component of the strategy of reforming the defense sector of Ukraine in accordance with NATO standards.
