The Ministry of Defense is developing special clothing for wounded soldiers

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is working on creating adaptive clothing. It is intended for wounded servicemen undergoing treatment. About this reported representatives of the department during the meeting of the Collegial body on the development of material support.
“At the request of servicemen who were wounded at the front and are undergoing treatment, and military medics, the Ministry of Defense is working on the introduction of adaptive clothing. The goal is to do everything possible to make our soldiers feel as comfortable as possible during treatment and rehabilitation.”, – said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov.
The adaptive clothing set will include pants, shorts, a tank top, as well as long- and short-sleeve sweatshirts. Designers have focused on comfort and functionality, with elements such as extended leg and sleeves, textile fasteners that are easy to unfasten on the shoulders and sides, as well as additional adjustment at the bottom of the sleeves, pants and shorts.
In addition, the clothing will have pockets, and its design is adapted for convenience in everyday life, providing household needs and conducting medical procedures.
The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that the introduction of such clothing is an important step in improving the quality of life of wounded servicemen and facilitating their treatment.
