The Ministry of Digital presented the chatbot eVerog to counter the Russian Federation, which has already been used by 628,000 Ukrainians

On September 10, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine presented a new tool for countering the Russian Federation — the eVorog chatbot in Telegram. This service allows citizens to anonymously transmit information about the movement and location of Russian troops. The very next day, September 11, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov reported that 628,000 Ukrainians used the chatbot. Most of the reports come from the temporarily occupied territories, such as Crimea and Donbas, which shows the active civil position of the residents of these regions in the fight against the occupation.

“Ukrainians are doing heroic things — they have been systematically sending applications to @evorog_bot, help destroy equipment, personnel, enemy strongholds. In terms of value, an application in eVorog is equal to data from intelligence, UAV or satellite images.

Although the work of national intelligence may seem imperceptible, we can see it in the reports of the General Staff. For example, we once asked Ukrainians to collect information about the Russian Electronic Security System — a user from the Zaporizhzhia region sent a request to eVorog. The next day, the EW was destroyed.

628,000 Ukrainians have already used the bot, and one user sent a record 347 applications. We receive the most information from the temporarily occupied territories, in particular Crimea and Donbass.

Despite the occupation, propaganda and danger, our people do not stop and do everything to help the military.

Join the national intelligence, become the eyes of the military and remember your own safety. Send requests to eVorog only if you are sure that nothing threatens life, delete the frames of the occupiers and correspondence with the chatbot, the Deleted folder and the cache of the messenger. Also, don’t discuss the movement of the Russians’ equipment over the phone.

• Click Sign in and verify your identity in the Action app. This is necessary so that the service cannot be used by occupiers, but only by authorized users.
• Choose what exactly you saw – the equipment or the occupants
• Send a photo or video
• Select an area from the list and send geolocation of enemy equipment or manpower
• Describe in your own words what you saw

All data on the enemy will be transferred to the Armed Forces. Help our army – report the address of the movement of military equipment and troops of the occupiers. They will help the Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to quickly retaliate against the enemy.
