The Ministry of Economy approved grant applications from processing enterprises for over 67.5 million hryvnias
Ministry of Economy approved applications for grants for another 14 enterprises in the processing industry. The total amount of state funding, which will be provided on the basis of co-financing for the modernization and expansion of production, exceeds UAH 67.5 million. This program is part of the state policy of supporting national production “Made in Ukraine”.
“We continue to support Ukrainian manufacturers who are ready to invest in the development of their own production. In 2025, the Ministry of Economy has already approved 85 grant applications for a total amount of over UAH 410 million. Those who did not score enough points this time are advised to finalize their applications and apply again in the next wave.” – noted Deputy Minister of Economy Andriy Telyupa.
Financing for nine out of fourteen projects is provided by the Ministry of Economy in the amount of UAH 38.3 million, the remaining five by the State Employment Service of Ukraine. Among the enterprises that will receive support are manufacturers of furniture, food products, wood and plastic products, UAVs, as well as agro-processors.
The program provides a permanent opportunity to submit applications in two-week waves. The new wave started on May 26, and you can submit documents through the Diya platform. In 2024, within the framework of this program, 375 grants for a total amount of UAH 1.8 billion have already been awarded.
The application is submitted through the Diya portal, where the entrepreneur fills out a form and adds a business plan. The application is automatically sent to the selected bank, which conducts preliminary selection, checks the presence of tax debts, credit history and confirms that the company has no ties to the Russian Federation or Belarus. The bank also evaluates the business plan, checks the availability of co-financing (50% or 20% depending on the category of the applicant) and goes to the location to check the data specified in the documents.
After that, the application is considered by the Ministry of Economy and the State Employment Service within 20 working days after the end of the reception wave. Priority is given to enterprises in frontier regions, as well as those projects that create new jobs, introduce innovations and modernize production facilities.
After the publication of the grant order, the enterprise has 10 working days to deposit its share of co-financing to the bank account. After that, the state transfers its part of the funds. The expected period of receipt of funding is from one to one and a half months after the completion of the application stage.
The maximum grant amount within the program is UAH 8 million. Support is provided to entrepreneurs who are already working in the processing industry or plan to implement new projects in the processing industry (KVED S). Grants can be used for the purchase, delivery and start-up of new equipment, as well as for the expansion or modernization of existing production.
