The Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs launched a joint social project for the military

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, launched a new social initiative called “Justice for the Military”, which aims to increase the level of legal awareness among military personnel, veterans and their families. About this informs press service of the Ministry of Defense.
The main task of the project is to provide legal information in a convenient format of short videos. Thanks to these videos, military personnel and their family members can learn how to correctly draw up a report, appeal the conclusion of a military medical commission, receive free prosthetics or medical assistance without waiting in line, use the right to financial support, act in the event of disappearance or capture, and also apply for free legal assistance.
With the support of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”, these videos are broadcast at railway stations and on “Intercity” trains, so that military personnel and their relatives can familiarize themselves with useful information during trips around the country. All videos are accompanied by sign language translation, which makes legal assistance more accessible to the widest possible range of defenders.
“The project “Justice to the military” is another important step in strengthening state communication aimed at improving the legal awareness of military personnel. In parallel with this project, the Ministry of Justice is also implementing another initiative – the special project “The Law of the Defender and the Defender”, which contains practical legal advice on a wide range of issues related to military service.” – emphasized in the Ministry of Defense.
