The Presidential State Security Department bought luxury SUVs for 3.47 million hryvnias each
The Department of State Security, subordinate to the President of Ukraine, concluded a contract with “Atlant Automobile House” LLC for the purchase of two passenger cars for 3.47 million hryvnias. About this reported in the “Prozorro” system.
Two specialized SKS-VWTG-PS cars, based on the black Volkswagen Touareg of 2025, should be delivered to the capital by autumn. The cost of each is UAH 3.47 million. The manufacturer is Spets-Com-Service LLC, which is reflected in the abbreviation SKS.
SUVs are equipped with a gasoline engine, an automatic gearbox, security systems, climate control, all-round cameras, parking assistant, heated glass and mirrors, as well as additional and specialized equipment – in particular, flashing beacons and a loudspeaker.
Engine power is 340 hp. with. indicates the top R-Line Platinum+ configuration, which starts at UAH 3.61 million in showrooms, excluding additional options. It provides a leather interior, four-zone climate control, night vision and an audio system with 13 speakers.
The tender was held without competition – there were no other participants. The dealer “Atlant Automobile House”, based in Kyiv, belongs to the Cypriot company “Khoyru Holdings Limited”, and the ultimate beneficiary is Pavel Nemitov from Kazakhstan. The company was once called “Atlant-M” and was associated with Russian citizen Serhii Savitsky. Currently, it is headed by Petro Metelskyi.
