According to information, an intercontinental ballistic missile was launched from the Astrakhan region of Russia, and an Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missile was launched from the Tambov region with the help of a MiG-31K fighter jet. In addition, Tu-95MS strategic bombers from the Volgograd region launched seven Kh-101 cruise missiles. During the anti-aircraft battle, Ukrainian anti-aircraft forces destroyed six of them. The rest of the rockets did not cause significant damage.

Around seven o’clock in the morning, rockets launched from Tu-95MS planes reached the territory of Dnipropetrovsk region, causing a new series of explosions.
