The Russians struck with a ballistic missile in the center of Odesa: houses were damaged, there are casualties

On Monday, November 25, there was a powerful explosion in Odesa, which was reported by the mayor of Odessa, Gennadiy Trukhanov.

“There were explosions in the city! Our defenders are working”Trukhanov wrote.

The rocket hit a densely built-up area of ​​Odesa, but official information on the number of dead or injured has not yet been provided.

Oleg Kiper, head of Odesa OVA confirmed missile attack by the Russian occupiers on the central part of the city. As a result of the strike, residential buildings and civil infrastructure were damaged, and there were casualties.

Earlier, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported about the threat from the reconnaissance drone, as well as about the activity of air defense. Later, the military warned about the risk of a ballistic attack and confirmed the missile flying in the direction of Odessa.

Oleg Kiper called on Odessa residents to stay in shelters because of the danger of repeated strikes. Local mass media inform about new explosions in the city.
