The total area of the facility, located near Lake Telbin in Bereznyaki, is 2,780 square meters.
According to the realtors, two buildings are located on the territory, which occupies 71 acres and is secured by the complex for permanent use. The main building has a restaurant and banquet hall on the first floor, as well as a billiards room.
