The SBI announced a search warrant for Bogolyubov, the former co-owner of Privatbank

The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) announced a wanted list for the former co-owner of Privatbank, Gennadiy Bogolyubov. This is evidenced data, posted on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
According to information on the “Persons hiding from the authorities” resource, the businessman disappeared on July 10 of this year.
Bogolyubov is suspected of committing a number of crimes, including kidnapping, embezzlement, extortion of documents, stamps and seals, as well as illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 357, Part 2 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It is worth noting that on July 9, the SBI informed about the suspicion of Gennady Bogolyubov and the border guard who helped him illegally cross the state border. It also became known under which passport the businessman left the territory of Ukraine.
Two days after this event, the permanent representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna, Emine Dzaparova, submitted an application for dismissal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs due to the scandal related to Bogolyubov.
The mass media reported that Bogolyubov arrived at the railway station together with his wife in her car. Journalists call Japarova, who recently gave birth to a child, the chosen one of the businessman.
