The State Employment Service conducts a large-scale survey of employers to determine personnel needs

The State Employment Service has started a survey of employers to determine the current and future needs of enterprises in personnel. About this reported Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
“The State Employment Service (SES) has launched a large-scale survey of employers, the purpose of which is to study the current and prospective needs of enterprises for employees, to identify possible obstacles in the employment of various categories of citizens. Service specialists will separately study the readiness of businesses to attract personnel from the veteran community, create opportunities for employment internally displaced citizens”, – the message says.
The survey is planned to cover more than 50,000 employers from different sectors of small, medium and large businesses, which together represent more than 5 million employees.
“The state wants to better understand the needs of the labor market and interact more closely with employers regarding the training of the workers they need. We have already launched the first supervisory board – in the Poltava Center of Vocational Education and Training, so that business has the opportunity to directly influence the modernization of the CPTO”, – emphasized Tetyana Berezhna, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
The results of the survey will become the basis for the formation of an action plan for 2025, aimed at satisfying employers’ requests and improving the employment process. The survey will last until January 31, 2025. Employers will be provided with personal links to fill out questionnaires on the online platform of the State Employment Service.
