The State Tax Service initiates changes to the mechanism for blocking the registration of tax invoices
The head of the State Tax Service, Ruslan Kravchenko, initiated changes to the mechanism of blocking the registration of tax invoices. About this informs DPS press office.
The Tax Service has already sent its proposals to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. They provide for the introduction of amendments to Government Resolution No. 1165 “On the approval of procedures for the suspension of registration of tax invoices/calculation of adjustments in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices”.
“We are improving the work of the SMCOR system. It is about reducing the number of blocked tax invoices, simplifying the registration procedure, increasing the efficiency of automated monitoring, minimizing administrative pressure. Six key changes. We predict that they will reduce the number of blocked invoices.” – explained Ruslan Kravchenko.
According to him, in February, the indicator of blocked invoices was reduced by almost two times – to 0.39%, since the beginning of the year, 9.3 thousand business entities have been removed from risk.
“Stopping unjustified classification as risky and unjustified blocking of invoices is our first priority with you. As for blocking, I understand that the system does not work perfectly, so we will try to change it to make it perfect.” – emphasized the head of the DPS.
