The state property fund directed $6.5 million from Boguslaev’s accounts to restore Ukraine

The State Property Fund of Ukraine (FSMU) transferred $6.48 million (equivalent to UAH 266.9 million) to the Fund for Liquidation of Consequences of Armed Aggression. These funds belonged to the former president of Motor Sich company Vyacheslav Boguslaev and were kept in accounts at JSC Motor Bank. About this reported press service of the FSMU.

In August 2024, the FSMU already transferred part of Boguslaev’s confiscated assets — 79.5 million UAH, which were placed in the accounts of JSC “PUMB”. Prior to that, assets totaling UAH 366 million were transferred.

We will remind you that at the end of July, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (SAC) nationalized and handed over the assets of Boguslaev and his business partner Petro Kononenko to the management of the FSMU.

As early as January 22, 2024, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine appealed to VACS with a claim to confiscate Vyacheslav Boguslaev’s property. Later, on June 25, the Chamber of Appeals of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce confirmed the decision to transfer the assets of the ex-president of Motor Sich to the state, including the assets of Motor Bank.
