According to the updated information, the status of receipt of the summons will be displayed in the registry of conscripts “Oberig”. This means that conscripts and conscripts will be able to see whether they have been served with a summons and the date of its service.

“Notification of conscripts takes place only in accordance with the law – in person and certified by a signature. All other methods are currently not valid“, the government official added.

After establishing interaction with all the necessary registers, “Oberig” will be able to automatically receive all the necessary information. This will greatly simplify the work of the TCC and SP, because they will not need to serve summonses personally, except in special cases.
Law on Strengthening Mobilization
On April 11, 2024, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading draft law No. 10449 aimed at strengthening mobilization. The law provides for changes to the data recording procedure and introduces penalties for evasion of military service.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine digitized the data of all potential conscripts. This is done in order to facilitate the mobilization process and make it more transparent.
