The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on a 50% discount on voluntary payment of a fine from the CCC

March 13 Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved in general, the draft law provides for the provision of a 50% discount to conscripts upon voluntary payment of a fine imposed by territorial recruitment centers (TCC).
According to draft law No. 12093, a conscript who has been brought to administrative responsibility can, within 10 days, independently turn to the authorized bodies and pay only 50% of the minimum fine – that is, UAH 8,500 instead of UAH 17,000.
For this, it is necessary to submit an application to the TCC, where the person is registered, in which to indicate that he does not object to the violation and agrees to administrative responsibility in the absence of his presence.
You can submit an application in person in writing or through an electronic cabinet in the Reserve+ system. After receiving the application, the head of the TCC will check it within three days and make a decision on the case.
In addition to providing a discount on the fine, draft law No. 12093 also provides for the closure of administrative proceedings regarding violation of military registration for men who voluntarily decide to enter military service.
