Ukraine approved updated criteria for the criticality of enterprises in the field of physical culture and sports
The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine has approved updated criteria for determining enterprises, institutions and organizations that are of strategic importance for the national economy in the field of physical culture and sports in a special period. About this it is said in order No. 7742.
The new criteria replace the previous document, which was in effect from February 2023. The main provisions provide support for the development of physical culture, sports, Olympic and non-Olympic movement in Ukraine.
The ministry emphasized that the new rules also create a favorable environment for the implementation of modern standards and practices in sports activities, including international partnership. This will contribute to Ukraine’s integration into the global sports community, even in difficult economic and political conditions.
Also taken into account is the provision of events from the Unified calendar plan of physical culture and sports events, the training of national team athletes, the implementation of anti-doping rules in sports and the organization of all-Ukrainian events for military personnel, persons with disabilities, as well as the activities of Paralympic and De-Olympic training bases.
