You can take advantage of the new opportunity through your personal account on the “Ukrposhta” website, in the mobile application or directly in the branch. The service allows you to pre-determine the terms of the return if the delivery does not take place.
The client is offered two tariffs:
- “Base” is the standard return that is applied automatically unless another option is selected;
- “Priority” – ensures fast returns thanks to priority processing.
Each user can choose a convenient format for himself – depending on whether the priority is savings or speed of logistics. This approach allows you to optimize costs and increase delivery efficiency.
