“Ukrzaliznytsia” has reduced the number of trains for which tickets must be purchased only through “Diya.Pidpys”

Starting from August 1, “Ukrzaliznytsia” changed the conditions of mandatory verification through “Diya.Signature” when buying tickets — now it is required only for three trains instead of five, as previously planned. About this reported the press service of the company.
“We listened to the passengers and changed the number of flights for which we introduce verification via “Action.Signature” in test mode from August 1″, says the message.
Identity verification through “Diya.Pidpis” is now required when buying tickets for the following domestic routes:
- #29/30 Kyiv — Uzhgorod,
- No. 12 Lviv — Odesa,
- #27/28 Kyiv — Chop.
Thus, trains No. 105/106 Odesa – Kyiv and No. 91/92 Lviv – Kyiv were excluded from the previous list. The company specified that in order to purchase or return tickets for the specified flights, the user must undergo verification in the “Ukrzaliznytsia” application.
For those passengers who do not have passports of a new model or cannot renew their documents, tickets for these flights can also be purchased at separate ticket offices:
- Chop – Casa No. 2,
- Uzhhorod — ticket office No. 2,
- Lviv — cash desk No. 1,
- Odesa — ticket offices No. 14 and No. 2,
- Kyiv — ticket offices No. 21 and No. 22.
“We are closely monitoring the results of the pilot launch to decide whether to expand the practice to other flights”, the company noted.
