The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision to provide a 30% discount on the transportation of agricultural products by rail in the export direction from areas close to hostilities or occupied territories.

How to get a discount?
To receive a discount, shippers must plan transportation through the “MESPLAN” system. The discount will be automatically applied when calculating the cost of the export route.
Which regions are subject to the benefit?
The list of communities to which the discount applies will be published in the near future. It is known that they will include Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk and Sumy regions.

The decision on the discount was made in order to support farmers in the frontline regions, who are facing difficulties due to hostilities and the high cost of logistics.
