In Ukraine, up to 30,000 people are mobilized every month – about this during the briefing reported Fedir Venislavskyi, a member of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence.
As the People’s Deputy noted, the mobilization is taking place in accordance with the plans approved by the General Staff and the Command of the Armed Forces. He also emphasized that the country’s recruiting system is actively developing, and more and more people are voluntarily joining the military service.
“If earlier there were up to 5% of volunteers, now it is more than 10%, and this figure is constantly growing.” – emphasized Venislavskyi.
He also noted the positive impact of the new legislative mechanisms on the mobilization process, although he admitted that not everything is going as expected.
“I think that the mobilization is taking place, perhaps, not exactly as the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the citizens of Ukraine would like it. But no country in the modern world has been in such a war, which has been going on for three and a half years already, in the last almost 100 years. That is why we have to start from reality. And, unfortunately, not always everything happens as we would like. But I think that gradually we will come to that.” – he noted.
We will remind you that on July 15, the Verkhovna Rada decided to extend the general mobilization and martial law for another 90 days, from August 7 to November 5, 2025.
