Venislavsky confirmed the legality of the creation of mobile CCCs

Fedir Venislavskyi is a member of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence stated, that the current legislation does not prohibit the creation of mobile territorial recruitment centers against the background of the growing number of Russian attacks on stationary TCCs and social welfare centers.
“From the point of view of legislative provision, I do not see any problems, because the law does not provide that the territorial centers of staffing and social support should be located in clearly defined places, taking into account the targeted strikes of the Russian Federation, which it has been practicing on the territory of the TCC JV during the last place”, — explained Venislavskyi.
In his opinion, attacks by Russian forces on territorial centers are an element of a hybrid war, which aims to sow fear among Ukrainian citizens and create an idea of the danger of staying in such institutions.
“I think that mobile TCCs at the level of subordinate regulatory legal acts, which can be adopted either by the Cabinet of Ministers or even by the command of the Armed Forces, they have the right to exist. Moreover, we adopted a law in 2023 on strengthening mobilization, in fact we fulfilled all the requirements.” – noted the People’s Deputy.
He emphasized that the transition to digital solutions and digitization will contribute to more efficient work of mobile units. According to him, the latest technologies make it possible to ensure the necessary communication and access to information bases.
“That’s why I don’t see any problems in this, but this is the decision of the command. The Verkhovna Rada has nothing to do with it, because this issue does not depend on it.” – concluded Venislavskyi.
It will be recalled that during the last week, Russian drones attacked the buildings of the TCC in five cities – Kryvyi Rih, Poltava, Kremenchuk, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv. A total of six attacks were recorded.
