The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption discovered violations in the amount of 37 million hryvnias during the verification of the declarations of 18 employees of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCC and SP). It was established that some of the officials did not indicate in their declarations the real estate, vehicles and monetary assets belonging to them. About this reported on the NAZK website.
In 2024–2025, a full review of 23 declarations of TCC and JV employees was initiated, of which 18 have been completed so far. According to the results of the checks, signs of unreliable information for more than UAH 28.5 million, illegal enrichment for more than UAH 5.6 million, and unsubstantiated assets for more than UAH 2.6 million were revealed.
In particular, in the declaration of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional TCC and SP for 2022, signs of illegal enrichment were recorded. According to the NAZK, from August 2021 to July 2023, close relatives of the official purchased property worth more than UAH 8.8 million. It is about two apartments in Dnipro, Volkswagen Passat and Ford Ranger cars, as well as $65,000 given to the wife by her father, whose official income did not allow such a transfer.
In addition, the official did not declare six real estate objects in ownership, another two – in use, two cars, as well as the income received by him and his wife. The National Police opened criminal proceedings under Articles 366-2 and 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The investigation has been completed, the case has been referred to the court.
In the declaration of the officer of the recruiting department of Odesa OTCC and SP for the year 2022, inaccurate information of more than 3.8 million hryvnias was found. He did not declare a plot of land, an apartment in use, two apartments belonging to his daughter, and also incorrectly stated the value of housing, three cars and a motorcycle. In addition, corporate rights were not specified. An investigation is currently underway.
The State Bureau of Investigation also opened criminal proceedings under Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the commander of the Bogodukhiv branch of the RTCC and the SP of the Kharkiv region. In the declarations of this official for the years 2022 and 2023, inaccurate information was found for more than 2.6 million and 2 million UAH, respectively. In particular, two plots of land, an apartment, income and monetary assets were not specified.
Another proceeding has been initiated against the head of the military accounting department of sergeants and reserve soldiers of the Dubensk RTCC and the SP of the Rivne region. In his declaration for 2023, there were signs of unreliable information for more than UAH 1.6 million. The official did not declare the residential building and the plot of land that he used together with his family.
In addition, by the resolution of the Leninsky District Court of The commander of the branch of the Kharkiv regional TCC and SP was found guilty of committing an administrative offense in Kharkiv. He was fined 17,000 hryvnias. In the declaration, the official did not mention two plots of land, indicated an inaccurate value of the car and hid part of the income received. The total amount of unreliable data was 645 thousand hryvnias.
