Wreckage of Russian drones found in Romania

Romanian military and law enforcement found two sites with wreckage of Russian drones after Russia’s nighttime attack on Ukraine. About this informs Ministry of Defense of Romania.
The interdepartmental group, which included representatives of the Romanian Ministry of Defense, identified the fallout zones of Russian-made Geran 1/2 drones. The first place is located between the villages of Čatalkioi (Tulca County) and Tudor-Vladimirescu (Botoşani County), the second is south of Kilia-Veke (Tulca County).
According to the report, falling debris did not cause infrastructure damage or material damage. The Ministry of Defense of Romania strongly condemned the Russian attacks on Ukrainian civilian objects and infrastructure, which are contrary to the norms of international law.
We will remind that on the night of January 17, residents of Romanian villages near the Danube received an air alert due to an attack by Russian drones on Ukrainian ports. In the morning, the Ministry of Defense of Romania announced the rise of fighter jets and the discovery of the probable crash site of the UAV near the Ukrainian city of Izmail.
