Yaroslavskyi’s DCH buys Kasta marketplace with the permission of the AMCU

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) granted permission to the company, which is part of the DCH investment group of businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi, to establish joint control over the Kasta company. About this informs DCH press office.

AMCU allowed Consult Sistema LLC together with KRVN LLC and Cypriot Redinfine Consultants Limited to gain control over Dragton Enterprises Limited — the Cypriot parent structure of the Kasta marketplace. It is one of the leading Ukrainian online marketplaces for the sale of consumer goods.

“DCH is diversifying its investment portfolio, making it more sustainable. For Kasta, this means accelerating growth and additional investments in IT infrastructure and marketing. Access to international markets is simplified, new opportunities appear to transform Kasta into a full-fledged e-commerce ecosystem: with logistics, a payment system and a B2B platform.” – explained Oleksiy Bolkhovitinov, Director of Strategy of the DCH Group.

At the same time, the founder and CEO of the company Andrii Logvin will remain at the head of Kasta and will continue to manage the strategic development of the project, receiving support from new investors.

“I will continue to do what is most important and implement Kasta’s mission – to surprise with innovations in online shopping to provide customers with a simple, fast and profitable online shopping experience. Kasta remains a Ukrainian company with local expertise, but now with even stronger support for scaling and innovation.”, – emphasized Logvin.

In addition, Andrii Zhurzhiy, the founder of the Inzhur startup, retains a minority stake in Kasta. He became a co-owner of the company in 2023, which is confirmed by data from the Cyprus registry.
