Zelensky is not invited to the inauguration, but “he can come”: Trump

US President-elect Donald Trump did not rule out that Volodymyr Zelenskyy could be present at his inauguration on January 20, 2025. About this informs LiveNow from Fox.

During a speech in the city of Palm Beach, Florida, when asked if Trump invited Zelensky to his inauguration, he answered: “No.”

“But if he wants to come, I’d like him to come. I mean, I didn’t invite him in Paris“, the US president-elect added.

Trump also announced the achievement of “small progress” in ending Russia’s war against Ukraine.

“We want to stop this war. The terrible, terrible war that is being waged in Ukraine. We have made little progress. It is difficult. It is unpleasant and disgusting. People are being killed on a scale that no one has ever seen.” he added.

US presidential inaugurations are rarely attended by foreign leaders. But the decision about whom to invite is made by the team of the future president.
