On the night of March 11, drones massively attacked Russia. So far, it is known about one dead and eight wounded. A total of 337 drones took part in the attack, rosZMI reports.
An air alert was announced in several regions: Kursk, Belgorod, Oryol, Lipetsk, Bryansk, Ryazan and Moscow regions.
The Mayor of Moscow Serhii Sobyanin reported that 69 drones were shot down in the Moscow suburbs. At present, the consequences of attacks are recorded in a number of settlements. In Ramenskyi and Vienna, drones hit high-rise buildings.
In Domodedovo, there was a large-scale fire in the parking lot of an industrial enterprise, and the railway tracks were also damaged, which led to a traffic stop. Due to the threat of new attacks at the region’s airports, the “Carpet” plan was introduced.
In the Kursk region, the Russian side announced an attack on the “Dobrynya” shopping center in the Beliy settlement. In addition, it is reported that several drones were shot down over Kursk and Kurchatov, which led to several fires in Kurchatov.
In the Ryazan region, local residents heard about 10 explosions in the vicinity of the Diaghilovo military airfield, but there is no information about the consequences yet. In the Oryol region, a repeated damage to the Steel Horse oil depot was recorded. Other regions probably became a transit route for UAVs heading towards Moscow.
