Zelenskyy introduced new sanctions: Boguslaev’s son and former People’s Deputy Mosiychuk are on the list

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, signed a decree on the implementation of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on the introduction of new personal sanctions. Oleksandr Boguslaev, the son of the former president of the Motor Sich company Vyacheslav Boguslaev, as well as former People’s Deputy Ihor Mosiychuk, were included in the list of persons subject to restrictions. Relevant decrees №344/2025 and №345/2025 published on the official website of the head of state.

Sanctions against Boguslaev Jr. provide for a temporary blocking of assets, which includes a ban on the use and disposal of property both directly and through intermediaries. Participation in trade operations, privatization and public procurement is also limited, technology transfer, conclusion of agreements and payment of dividends are prohibited. Identical sanctions were applied to Igor Mosichuk and Rostyslav Shaposhnikov, blogger and founder of the website “Road Control”, who left for the USA in 2015.

According to the addendum to the decree, sanctions have also been introduced against four Russian citizens: Akhmed Dudayev, an assistant to the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, as well as Serhii Lalakin, Serhii Mikhailov and Gennadiy Petrov, leaders of Russian criminal groups.

In addition, restrictions have been imposed against nine legal entities and three individuals from the Russian Federation associated with the activities of the Pin-Up casino. They include Dmytro Punin, Ivan Bannikov and Oleksandr Matyashov. A number of Ukrainian companies related to Pin-Up were also sanctioned: LLC “Ukr Game Technologies”, LLC “Tranitadevelopment”, LLC “Turbo.yua”, LLC “Viktoria-Soft” and others.

The decree entered into force from the moment of its publication – on May 25.
