President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi submitted declaration for 2024 as a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government. The total income of Zelenskyi and his family for the reporting year amounted to 15,286,193 hryvnias.
Of the total amount, UAH 8,585,532 was income from repayment of domestic state loan bonds (OVDP). Other sources of income included the salary of the head of state, interest on bank deposits and funds received from real estate leases. The sum of these revenues amounted to UAH 6,700,661.
Compared to the previous year, the income of the president’s family has increased, which is connected with the restoration of the full amount of rental income. The level of family cash balances at the end of 2024 remained almost unchanged. There were no changes in the structure of assets, real estate or vehicles during the year. Zelenskyi’s salary for 2024 was 336,000 hryvnias.
Among the real estate objects belonging to the president, an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 131.9 square meters is indicated. m, two parking spaces with an area of 20.9 square meters. m and 20.7 square meters. m, respectively, as well as a 25% share in an apartment in Kyiv (254.5 sq. m) co-owned with the Shefir brothers and a 50% share in another apartment (198.6 sq. m) co-owned with Serhii Shefir.
Olena Zelenska owns an apartment in Livadia (AR Crimea) with an area of 129.8 square meters. m and a parking space there – 16.1 square meters. m. It also owns 33% of non-residential premises with an area of 337.8 square meters. m in joint ownership with Olena and Larisa Shefir, as well as an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 284 square meters. m.
Since 2014, the Zelenskyi family has the right to use an apartment in Great Britain with an area of 91.9 square meters. m, as well as a state residence in Kyiv with outbuildings with a total area of 4,011.10 square meters. m.
The president owns a 2016 LAND ROVER, his wife has a 2014 MERCEDES-BENZ S 500 4 MATIC.
