New forms of settlement documents (fiscal checks) come into effect on March 1, and no further postponement is foreseen. About this informs press service of the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry of Finance noted that initially the new requirements for the form and content of settlement documents were supposed to come into effect on January 1, 2025, but the transition period was extended for another two months.
“In other words, the Ministry of Finance went to a business meeting and postponed the introduction of new forms of settlement documents for two months in order to give business entities the opportunity to take measures to adjust the work of settlement transaction registrars and settlement transaction software registrars.” – informed the ministry.
In addition, in accordance with the law, from March 1, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine must ensure the test launch of the Electronic System of Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages, Tobacco Products, and Liquids for Electronic Cigarettes.
