President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi stated, that Ukraine is still ready to conclude an agreement with the USA on the extraction of rare earth metals.
“Everything that I have said as president that we can do, we are not taking any steps back. It is our policy to be consistent, regardless of what has happened before. Regardless, we are constructive. If we agree that it will be signed from our side, we are ready to sign.” – noted Zelensky.
He believes that the American side is also ready for this, but he suggested that the US “needs time to analyze some things.”
“I’m ready for any format of a constructive relationship with the United States. I think we have all that and it’s in our hands to keep it all from our side. Again, we’re very much looking forward to it, we want the deal as it is on the table. Yes, it will be signed if the parties are ready.”, – emphasized the President of Ukraine.
