The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision on the reservation of all medical workers of state and communal medical institutions. About this informs press office of the Ministry of Health.
«All medical workers of state and communally owned health care institutions, public health institutions, institutions engaged in forensic medical and forensic psychiatric examination, blood centers, for whom work in the relevant institutions is the main place of work, may be reserved.
Corresponding changes to the procedure for booking conscripts for the period of mobilization and for wartime were introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The changes refer only to medical workers, for the rest of the specialists working in medical institutions, the restrictions on booking remain in force.» — the message says.
The Ministry of Health emphasized that previously critical medical facilities could reserve no more than 50% of conscripted men, and increasing this quota required separate approval from the Ministry of Defense. Now medical institutions will not waste time on obtaining special permits, and the defense department will not spend time on considering numerous requests, which will greatly simplify the process.
