In Ukraine, a chatbot was launched as part of improving the service for investors of industrial parks. About this reported press service of the Ministry of Economy.
“The chatbot from the Ministry of Economy is a great initiative that will greatly simplify the process of finding industrial parks for businesses. Now investors can quickly find a suitable industrial park or get detailed information to create their own.
The chatbot not only saves time, but also provides access to up-to-date information about management companies and legal aspects. This is another step towards supporting investments in Ukraine and the development of industry at a modern level.” — noted Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitaliy Kindrativ.
List of features provided by the chatbot:
- Contains updated information about industrial parks.
- It helps to find a suitable park from the Register according to the specified criteria.
- Provides contacts of management companies.
- Advises on legislation and the process of creating a park.
- Provides communication with responsible specialists of the Ministry of Economy.
We will remind that in 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers registered 31 new industrial parks — this is almost three times more than in previous years. Today, 98 parks are included in the register, some of them are actively working, creating new jobs.
