President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi signed the law on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” (№11057), which provides for the mandatory publication by customers of information on the prices of material resources during the purchase of repair and construction services.
According to the new requirements, customers must post prices for construction materials in the Prozorro system within three working days after concluding a contract with a contractor or making changes to existing contracts.
The documents must indicate the name of the materials with characteristics, unit of measurement, quantity, selling price, as well as transportation and procurement costs. Documents may also contain additional information.
The law enters into force the day after its publication and will come into force one month after that.
We will remind that on September 19, the Verkhovna Rada supported this draft law, which obliges all procurement parties to publish prices for construction materials on Prozorro.
