A marketplace for the military has been launched in Ukraine

The Brave1 cluster, created at the initiative of the state, launched a specialized marketplace for the military, where drones, robotic systems and electronic warfare equipment are available for purchase. About this reported Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

The Brave1 Market platform already features more than 1,000 different technological solutions: unmanned aerial vehicles, ground robots, electronic warfare and electronic warfare equipment, artificial intelligence tools, software, and ammunition. The most popular robotic systems included in the open catalog have a price from 200 thousand to 2 million hryvnias. The shock bomber is available for purchase from 471,000 hryvnias.

Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov described Brave1 Market as “Amazon for the military”, noting:

“This will help solve the problem with the spread of effective technologies, because the military is often not aware of tools that are already on the market and that can help them effectively perform their tasks.”

To purchase the necessary equipment, it should be selected from one of two catalogs – open on the website or closed in the “Delta” system, after which the buyer must contact the manufacturer and agree on concluding a direct contract.

Fedorov reminded that servicemen will soon be able to buy goods for “eBalls”, which will be charged for destroyed enemy equipment. Also, in the near future, the military will be able to leave reviews about specific products, and these ratings will be open to other users. The Ministry of Digital Transformation expects that this will promote fair competition and help improve Ukrainian defense developments.
