A unified state register of the military will start working in Ukraine

On December 18, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a law providing for the creation of a single register of military personnel. This draft law, supported by 254 people’s deputies, is aimed at implementing a single database for the registration of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Service of Special Transport.

About this reported People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

One of the key innovations of the law is the introduction of a unique electronic identifier for each serviceman. This identifier will be integrated into the unified information system of national security and defense of the Ministry of Defense, as well as into the State web portal of electronic public services. It will enable effective access to administrative, social and other public services.

The new register will also contribute to the improvement of the Unified state register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists. It is planned to integrate this system with the Electronic Health Care System, which will improve information management and ensure more effective interaction between state institutions.

The introduction of a unified register of military personnel is an important step in modernizing the accounting system and increasing the level of data security, as well as in ensuring greater convenience for military personnel in using state services.
