After Trudeau’s resignation, Trump invited Canada to join the United States

Newly elected US President Donald Trump offered Canada to become the 51st US state after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced plans to resign. That’s what he’s about wrote on his page in the Truth Social social network.

“Many people in Canada love being the 51st state. The United States can no longer tolerate the huge trade deficits and subsidies that Canada needs to stay afloat. Justin Trudeau knew this and resigned.” – said Trump.

He also expressed the opinion that the unification of Canada with the United States would significantly reduce taxes for Canadians and ensure their protection from threats from Russian and Chinese warships.

“What a wonderful country we would be together!” – summed up the politician.

It will be recalled that during a meeting with Trudeau at the end of November, Trump jokingly suggested that Canada could become part of the United States. And on December 10, in Truth Social, he called Trudeau “the governor of the non-existent state of Canada.”
