ARMA recorded illegal use of Medvedchuk’s arrested plant (video)

The National Agency of Ukraine for Identification, Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) revealed the facts of illegal use of the arrested factory, which has a connection with the former People’s Deputy Viktor Medvedchuk. About this reported head of the agency Olena Duma.

“The National Agency for Search and Management of Assets conducted a review of seized assets belonging to Betonbud LLC. During the inspection, the facts of illegal use of the plant, which was previously associated with Viktor Medvedchuk, were established. Currently, the procedure for finding a manager for this asset is underway.” – the message says.

According to the review, unauthorized production and sale of ready-to-use concrete mixtures was carried out on the territory of the enterprise, and specialized transport was used for their transportation. The review was conducted by representatives of the central office of ARMA and the Western interregional territorial management of the agency.

ARMA has already sent requests to the National Police of Ukraine (in order to obtain recordings from video surveillance cameras), Lviv City Council (regarding access to traffic tracking systems), as well as to the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine (to collect information on routes, weight and overall parameters of transportation).

In addition, the Western Interregional Office of ARMA is tasked with checking the technical documentation of vehicles, including odometers, the presence of keys and technical passports, as well as their actual location.

It will be recalled that on September 26, 2024, the court seized and handed over to ARMA a new batch of property of the “Betonbud” enterprise, which was hidden from the fiscal authorities. The plant and three other facilities in the Lviv region — “Capital Plaza” LLC, 50% of “Halytske Perehrestya” LLC and “Transmonolitavto” LLC, which belong to the brothers Kozak and Medvedchuk. Later, the investigators established that Betonbudu has undisclosed assets on its balance sheet, including a hangar for storing bulk materials, concrete production equipment, warehouses, and office space.
