ARMA announced the search for managers for the confiscated lands of Medvedchuk and Kozak

The National Agency for Search and Management of Assets (ARMA) has announced tenders for the search of an appraiser and manager for 53.1 hectares of land plots in Kyiv, which are related to former People’s Deputies Viktor Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak. About this reported ARMA press office.

According to the decision of the Pechersk District Court, these assets were transferred to the management of the National Agency. The plots of land are located in the Darnytsia district of the capital, some of them are built with country houses, and a large part of the territory has access to the Dnipro River.

The court seized these assets, prohibiting any actions to alienate, dispose of, or use them. In addition, the corporate rights of several enterprises, which are also related to Medvedchuk and Kozak, were transferred to ARMA management.

Applications for assessor candidates will be accepted until 15:00 on 17 September 2024, and applications from potential trustees will be accepted until 15:00 on 3 October 2024.

Earlier, ARMA appealed to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine regarding the initiation of the process of legalization of the decision of the Ukrainian court in the jurisdiction of Croatia regarding Viktor Medvedchuk’s yacht named “Royal Romance”.
