In the “Army+” application, a new survey was launched, dedicated to the experience of using it. The goal is to collect feedback on the service’s strengths and weaknesses from military personnel who use it on a daily basis in their service. About this informs press service of the Ministry of Defense.
“Without the opinion of the user, it is impossible to implement qualitative changes. And we want to make the “Army+” application more convenient for the entire army. Therefore, we ask you to share your user experience. This will help us improve services and communication.” – emphasized Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization.
The survey covers all the main functions of the application and consists of 15 questions. Users can express their opinion and contribute to the improvement of the service until April 24.
We remind you that the “Army+” application was developed by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in partnership with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions. Since its launch, the military has submitted almost 400,000 reports through it, participated in 200,000 surveys on changes in the military, used the offers of the “Plus” program more than 800,000 times, and also participated in training courses more than 100,000 times.
Since the beginning of “Army+” work, 11 general surveys have been conducted in it, which were answered by about 20 thousand users on average. According to their results, a number of changes have already been implemented, in particular, approaches to providing dry rations have been updated, and the National Academy of Ground Forces named after Petro Sahaidachny has received a new head.
