Dog robots help the Armed Forces of Ukraine in urban battles in the Toretsk direction (video)

Such technological innovations significantly increase the mobility and safety of the Ukrainian military.

Fighters of the 28th separate mechanized brigade (OMBr) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine actively use robot dogs during urban battles in the Toretsk direction. The corresponding video was published by a unit of the “Kurt & Company” brigade.

According to the military, the Russians have expanded the “grey zone” where intense fighting is currently taking place. They have only 310 meters to go to Toretsk itself, or rather to the hospital, which is located on the edge of the city.

Robot dogs are equipped with advanced surveillance and communication systems, which allows the military to receive operational information in real time. They can perform a variety of tasks, including reconnaissance, delivering ammunition, evacuating the wounded, and providing communications between units. In addition, robot dogs are able to penetrate into dangerous areas, minimizing risks for military personnel.

These technological innovations significantly increase the mobility and security of the Ukrainian military, allowing them to more effectively counter the enemy and reduce risks during combat operations. The use of dog robots demonstrates the desire of the Armed Forces to implement innovations and adapt to modern requirements of warfare.

The military notes that dog robots have already shown their effectiveness in several operations, which contributes to the successful completion of tasks. In the near future, it is planned to further expand the use of dog robots in other directions to ensure an advantage in various combat conditions.

In addition, the command of the brigade, together with international partners, is working on improving technologies and adapting them to the specific needs of the Ukrainian military. This includes integrating new sensors, improving the autonomy of robots and expanding their functionality.
