“Army+” launched a survey about electronic reports

In the “Army+” application started a new survey that addresses the use of electronic reports and related experiences. The Ministry of Defense is looking to find out how useful these reports are for military personnel, what features need improvement or addition, and whether there are difficulties when completing them.

The survey will last from July 1 to 14. Its completion will take only a few minutes, but will contribute to increasing the effectiveness of this digital tool for Ukrainian defenders. The questions are designed to capture the experience of both commanders and subordinates.

“Almost 600,000 electronic reports that were submitted through “Army+” have already been processed. Digita proves that it is a necessary tool for the service. Therefore, we continue to improve its functions. For this, we need your help, namely your opinion and view of the service. The participation of the main users of the ecosystem, the military, in this survey is important.”, – emphasized Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization.

Since the launch of “Army+”, 16 surveys have been conducted, which are answered by about 20,000 users on average. The results of such initiatives have already led to practical changes, in particular: the introduction of the multi-signature function for commanders, the updating of the dry ration supply strategy, and the appointment of a new head of the National Academy of Ground Forces named after Petr Sahaydachny.
