ASCs demonstrate the highest level of transparency among institutions in Ukraine: NACP study

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) assessed the level of corruption in institutions that provide services to the population and businesses in Ukraine. The highest level of transparency was demonstrated by the Centers for the provision of administrative services (CSPs), informs press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
“In 2024, only 3.8% of visitors to TsNAPs encountered corruption, which is more than half the number compared to 2023 — this is the result of digital changes implemented by the Ministry of Digital, in cooperation with international partners, OVA and communities.” – the message says.
For several years now, active work has been underway to make services in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention more accessible and transparent. Automation of processes, implementation of electronic documents and online recording, clear standards of service and continuous training of personnel help to reduce bureaucracy and minimize corruption risks.
Also, TsNAPy use the service quality assessment system through the monitoring of the Ministry of Digital. Each visitor can leave a review by filling out the questionnaire – this helps to improve the quality of the service. Last year, more than 70,000 Ukrainians left feedback about their visits to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The level of satisfaction reached 94.9%, which indicates the high trust of citizens in these institutions.
The modern premises of TsNAPs were created taking into account the principles of openness and comfort for visitors. In 2025, work on reducing corruption risks in the field of service provision will continue.
