China began to export military equipment from the Russian Federation for study

China actively exports bulletproof vests, tactical equipment, military uniforms and other equipment from Russia for further analysis and production of cheaper analogues. This is reported by rosZMI.
“There is an increase in the number of illegal operations related to the export of military and dual purpose goods”, – says the message.
Various loopholes are used for such operations, including the capabilities of postal services. In mid-April, law enforcement officers in Moscow detained a Chinese citizen immediately after he mailed two unloading vests, which included a Ratnik kit with a 6×117 patrol backpack.
The investigation found out that before that, the foreigner had already shipped two 6B45 body armor, combat backpacks and other items of military equipment to China.
In December last year, a Chinese student was also detained in Moscow, who was accused of smuggling military equipment. The 27-year-old foreigner kept bulletproof vests, armor plates, bullet casings and other items in the dormitory. When questioned, he explained that he had purchased all of this legally through classifieds sites.
We will remind that on April 1, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said that China and Russia will continue to strengthen partnership relations, and strategic cooperation between the two states will reach new, even higher levels.
